Care must be taken so that the finished result will endure harsh Australian conditions and deliver maximum benefit for our client and future generations.

Andever have a set of strong guiding principles for practice. We are advocates of great design, diversity and equity in the architecture profession. We stand firmly against the exploitation and ensure staff are always remunerated fairly in accordance with industry award rates. As patrons of our services, we think you should know that your fees are used ethically.
Culture : Respect for Country
We respect the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We're committed to seeking knowledge and ways to respectfully connect our work to Country. Our Carlton office is located upon the lands of the Wurundjeri people and we pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging. We extend that appreciation to all First Nations people continuing to fight for sovereignty. This land was never ceded.
