Greensborough Townhouses

Set on a steeply-sloping block in close proximity to central Greensborough, this multi-residential development of three Townhouses is designed with an eye towards future owner-occupiers.

The strong suburban-bushland character of the suburb has informed the design and landscaping. We firmly believe that developments in quieter, residential streets need to be particularly responsive to their immediate setting. The material palette reflects the bush suburban character of the area and is robust yet earthy. 

Each of the dwellings has generous open-plan living areas and main bedroom suite on the ground floor that flow into family-sized backyards. Three bedrooms and a study are housed on the upper level and the front dwellings enjoy views from the terrace of the parkland across the road. To negotiate the steep grade, the dwellings are carefully modulated to step up gradually – including some split-level areas that unlock generous ceiling heights.

This is our third development collaboration with these fantastic clients and we look forward to future stages of this project.
