This project is a redevelopment within a suburban context that is well-connected to nearby schools, shops and transport networks. We responded to the character of the area by using a robust brick palette enhanced by careful detailing of brick patterns, hit-and-miss screens and soft curved forms.
Extensive planting is proposed towards the front and rear along with generous setbacks and backyards. This allows the four townhouses to each have excellent access to daylight and cross-ventilation within a tight site. Each dwelling has it’s own private basement garage, spacious living areas on the ground level plus four bedrooms, a study and private lift access for all levels.
Our design aim was for future residents to enjoy a sense of quiet luxury within a lush, garden setting.
